Our story

A century of passion for pasta

In the streets at the foot of Mount Vesuvius, Grandmother Maria's watermill began our story. Since then, we have combined tradition and innovation, preserving the knowledge of generations of millers and pasta makers.

Every product embodies care, quality and respect for wheat. From grain to table, we carry forward the same enduring passion.

Our method

Tradition and craftsmanship

  1. 01

    Wheat selection

Only the finest Italian durum wheat, grown with respect for the land and the seasons.

  2. 02

    Traditional dough

Semolina and pure water from local springs, with no additives. The recipe has never changed.

  3. 03

    Bronze drawing

Traditional bronze dies give the pasta the rough texture that holds sauce beautifully.

  4. 04

    Slow drying

Up to 48 hours at low temperature to preserve flavour, colour and nutritional value. Low-temperature processing also prevents the formation of furosine. Read the article
